Yes, because we all know how reliable information from the Chinese government is.

Beats all don't it.?. They didn't even open trout season in a couple of Ca counties but the more "well to do" can still go golfing. But its nothing to do with anything, right?

They made fishing "free" here for a bit, so you don't need a license.
But there was easily over 100 people at the local course the other day, more than you usually see.

I don't swing a club, other than to keep others outta my personal space, but do fish; I have no doubt that there are some that would crowd you on a wide open stream regardless of distancing requirements, especially if you catch one, see it on the river below the house often...

That kinda behavior here will get someone a punch in the mouth in normal times.
Now, it would get you two.

For dang sure lol...watched a dude hook a nice trout years ago down below us years ago, guy walking a trail along the cliff tried to run down there to cash in, fell & tumbled into the water from about 20 ft up the slope, funny as hay; he was soaked, snapped his rod all to crap, he got up & stumbled down stream outta sight..."they" still roam the banks unfortunately...

I fish once in a while.
Usually not for long because I sit there and think about all of the other stuff I could be doing at home.

Now it's been raining every day for the last couple weeks and you don't even want to be outside for long.
    Cabin fever is getting bad.

I fish, but not well. I'm blessed to live on a lake so it's something of a package deal. Worse case scenario is me going up some arbitrary logging road or throw the yaks in a local lake (some are fairly secluded). Nobody's going to stop you or care and the boondocking possibilities are endless. We're homeowners as well so the projects never end till I just put the tools down and remember that this old house will outlast me.
