Is there a way to make the air colder from my coleman pop up A/C unit?
Can an RV A/C unit be boosted with a freon canister like a car?

Most RV AC units do not have a port to add refrigerant. If your refrigerant is low, you have a leak.
If your compressor is running, you likely do not have a leak. You can help your unit perform better by cleaning the filters and using coil cleaner to clean the coils.

Depends, but yes. Some are sealed units, so you need to add a charge port. Check around and see if you see a port... And greasy spots.
Most do not have ports - they are sealed systems from the factory. You can add a charge port, but that potentially introduces another failure point for a leak. You also need to check what kind of refrigerant it uses - most cannot be obtained without a license it seems with the exception of automotive based stuff (R134). If it is actually low then you need to find the leak and repair that first. The industry pretty much considers these as disposable consumables. Once they leak out most end up replacing them. Used units are pretty easy to find though.
