We just purchased a 1996 Dutchman Duck and there are spots of mildew on the canvas inside. I was just wondering what is the best method to remove it without hurting the canvas or damaging the water proofing.

Check the canvas section in either the In the Garage or At the Campgrounf sections. Lots of ideas for cleaner. Check your manual, too; if you don't have one check the Manual section here on the Portal.

And yes, you will more than likely need to re-waterproof after cleaning.

(I'd give links, my iPad is not cooperating.)

We used a fabulous product from Bass Pro Shop ( think you can get it at their site online too) that got all the mildew stains off our camper canvas, called Mildew Stain Remover, Bass Pro Shop brand. It's sold in their Marine section of the store.
