I think I've read in another post that Simple Green is an ok product to clean the canvas, rather than a bleach product. Can anyone confirm this, or offer alternatives? Thanks in advance.

I have had "ok" success with simple green, on standard cleaning. It smells better than bleach. However when I had a stubborn mold stain, nothing works better than bleach!

Did the bleach do any damage to the canvas?
What sort of H2O solution % did you use?

I have always used Woolite, twice a year, on my previous viking pup with good results. I would clean the canvas once about mid summer ( camping season ) and then again in the fall before putting it into it's winter hibernation. It always made the canvas brite and clean.
I am using the same methods with our hybrid canvas because it is a mild detergent that seemed to work well with the pup's canvas that didn't have any ill effects.
