    We spent last Sunday night there. Glad we had extra 30 amp cord. I said something about the "No See Ums" eating me alive. A local said "They don't bite, they just pee on you. Must wiss acid...

    No, just a overnite stop. Mostly move what lives in the trailer and is used outside to the truck eat supper and breakfast so we could make the stops she wanted to on the way and still set up before supper the next night. Coming home, did not need to worry about making stops, or getting in late so we drove straight thru.

    Driven through it, usually quite busy.

    We stayed at McIntosh Woods literally just a few miles west of there near Ventura. It is also on Clear Lake.

    It was full as well, but we didn't feel overwhelmed by the number of campers.

    Really late reply but before McIntosh Woods was state ground it was actually my great grandparents land
