This private campground was two night stay for us. I think it was $30 a night for water/electric. Our site was about 15' from the Conejos River, a fast moving river that kept the pleasant sounds of moving water in our ears. You are in the mountains here, so jackets are needed in the morning, and shorts by afternoon. All facilities were very good and if there is anything lacking, it might be that shower stalls are a bit small. There was an excellent laundry with large capacity washers (they did sell detergent, thankfully for us). We are dry campers, but used electric and needed it for the heater to break the morning chill of mid-40 temps. Firewood was $6 a bundle and a good deal. De-barked and split Aspen I think, and it burned well. Campfire is a great idea in the morning here. We'd stay here again as the view from campsites is just great. This was the view across the river from our site. We stopped here the day before and like it much better than where we were staying. The manager was very friendly and we sat and chatted for an hour as the sorroundings were so pleasant. Our site was directly across from the office, but there was no noise or excessive traffic. This campground is on our "return to" list. Other campgrounds nearby are NF Mogote and Aspen Glade and have only a central water the we could see. Thanks for reading a please post reviews!
