Like most of us coleman fleetwood pop up'rs my roof tore apart on the 101fwy it was cracking in the front corners and I put roof repair tape on it and thought this will do fine. cut to me picking pieces of roof off the 101fwy to save others form getting hurt.. made it home safe.

Did my research and chose Grizzly Grip white they are very helpful and just mention you have a coleman fleetwood pop up and they know exactly what to offer you.. it was about $280ish for kits and come with everything but ask for a lrg roller and the two shorty rollers

Here are some pics of the job done..First I pulled off all the entire molded ABS roof then sanded the hard foam mold that is under the white ABS roof, As you can see in the pics you want to crank up the roof up about 5 inches then cover the whole trailer with plastic sheet with Blue tape you do not want to get any grizzly grip on anything but the roof.

I poured grizzly grip on the roof and before you use your textured roller I used a taping knife to spread the grizzly grip across a section, this stuff does not spread easily you have to go over and over and over again.Once you get the 2nd section done you have it down just be careful around the corners. Even if the rubber WEATHER STRIPPING comes off perfectly BUY a new one!!! ebay has plenty of them. Clean up is all up to you, I did two coats came out really good...

Looks great! What did you do with the canopy? Or did it have one before?

How much grizzly grip did you buy? What size was the popup roof?

    Two kits
    Coleman fleetwood
    Grandview SP
    Look up dimensions
If your roof is smaller by 1ft or 2ft just get one kit
If it’s the same size you will have to get two kits and you will have a lot extra and it has a 30 day expiration.

My trailer is the same size - would 1 kit plus 4 extra bottles work?

Yes for two coats that should work. But I don’t think they sell separates only the kits themselves If you want to do 3 coats which would be a positive overkill just get two kits it’s not expensive

Nice to hear Grizzly Grip has become experienced helping Coleman roof owners fix the old roof problems!

    Well done and nicely displayed!

Looks good! It's been about nine months now, how is it holding up? Also, when you reattached the four corner latches, did you just screw them directly into the foam, or did you use a backing plate on the other side?
