I was looking at my roof after I cranked it down and notice one corner jams into the pup.

The opposite diagonal seems over too far out. Is this adjustable? Signs of a mishap?

Did you put lid down with the stabilizers down? I have heard that what you have could be caused by that. I could not tell you how to adjust it. I am sure someone will though! Love the Portal!

Are the latches all adjusted to the same length?

I will check that. The issue I see is the roof sits away an inch or so on the front side and like the picture on the opposite corner.

Sorry, I missed the part where you said the roof is misaligned side to side and I was thinking the latches just weren't pulling the roof down evenly.

Something's not right, but I'm of no help here. Good luck.
