As you are probably aware, foam comes in different densities. For the benches/seats you are going to want something pretty firm. In the U.S. there are full-service fabric stores that also sell foam for cushions, etc. I would assume you have similar in England. Go to the store and try the different firmness and find something you like. People at the store can probably make suggestions. For the bed, I would either replace the mattress or try one of those foam egg crate toppers. We put one on our bed at home and it made a world of difference.
Welcome to the forum. Love your videos. We replaced the original Aliner bed cushions with an RV Queen size mattress and a 3” memory foam topper. The bed is very comfortable. Because you’re in the UK where it’s colder temps than in AZ,USA, I would use egg crate instead of the memory foam. In cold temperatures, Gel Memory foam tends to stiffen and feels like a slab of ice until it thaws from your body temperature. A friend of mine who is a retired upholsterer said the best place to buy replacement foam is from an upholstery shop. It’s better grade than what you find at regular commercial stores. We recently purchased a NTU TT. We moved the mattress and mattress topper from the Aliner into KODI. It fits perfectly. Happy Camping...
Where do I start looking for memory foam? I looked up a fabric store, and Holly lobby. I know it's not holly, like to call it that.
Yea, so I guess I was hoping to actually see it, but, I need to actually camp and sleep in the new to us camper first, camp driveway, maybe next month or April.
