Connecting shower and sink to a single sewer hookup

With my Rockwood Premier 2516G, the sink is back-left, as you're facing the front of the trailer, and the shower is front-right. Each of them has a 1.5" thread-size drain pipe.

I'm sure people have faced this before and have come up with solutions. So far, my solution has been to have a separate 7-gallon gray water jug for each side of the trailer. And in dry camping that works out well enough. At places where I'm able to hook up to sewer services, I usually connect the sink to the hookup, and still use a 7-gallon gray water jug for the shower.

I'm interested in hearing what you have done to plumb these two drains together so that I can collect in a single jug, or send it to a single sewer hookup. Jugs are harder because the drain for the shower is so low, but at least let's talk about sewer hookups.

Ideas? Pictures?

I did it dave, it worked, but was more work then it was useful. Only used it 3 times at places where we stayed at least 5 days with a sewer hook up. After that, for the shower, it was just easier to move the drain hose. I did keep the draine hose and vent I made, that got used. So , pvc piping and fitting, a fernco for easy on and off and a pool line, so way bigger then a garden hose. Ill look to see if I can find some pictures.

Ok , I cant find anything else, one pool conection, went to the passanger side of the pup, then underneath suported between the rear stabilizers, then went into my vent thing with a T a bit lower down. Everything was customized, so you could hook up one drain or both. End of the pool tube fit into a plastic donut for hooking into the sewer. Vent made it drain quickly.

My husband used a “Y” connector and pvc adapters to make the diameters the right size to hook up the sink and shower into one drain so it could be attached to the sewer line. We usually camp in state parks and use two separate gray water tanks (like Thetford brand) and dump them every few days at the campground’s dump station.

I have a permanent fix on my pop up, but I can't grab pictures right now as it's still under the snow. I'll post asap though.

Check out One 2 Many Hobbies on you tube- he modified. My nephew is a plumber and we modified the shower to drain to the same side as sink drain- connected the two and it runs to one Barker Tote or we can add hose and run to sewer when we have full hook ups. We have same trailer as well. I will see if I can get some pics tomorrow if the set up.
