Cookie in a Coffee cup

I know I'm on the darkside now but I still lurk around here. I have a recipe I'd like to share. When Hubby and I had our PUC, I always took the microwave if we had electric hookup at our site. This is an easy and delish treat to try.

Cookie in a Coffee cup

1 tablespoon butter, melted
1 tablespoon white sugar or Splenda
1 tablespoon brown sugar or Splenda brown sugar
Pinch of salt
Splash of vanilla
1 egg yolk
1/4 cup flour
2 tablespoons chocolate chips

Mix together in a coffee cup and microwave for 60 seconds.
After it's done, you might be tempted to put a scoop of vanilla ice cream on top.
Eat and Enjoy!

I've been making skillet chocolate chip cookies in various cast iron-4" and up- just don't put too much in. Need to try on the camp fire.
