Anyone know where to get the little plastic curtain sliders? Mine are sort of a "T" shaped piece that slides in the aluminum rail. We just bought a 1991 Skamper and the curtains and everything else is in good shape inside but some of the sliders are missing so the curtains hang wrong and just look bad right now. I have supported them temporarily with some safety pins by putting the pin through the top edge of the curtain and the putting the clasp end of the pin into the aluminum rail, but it doesn't allow you to slide them open and closed this way.
Get out the camera. If you can get a good close up, then maybe someone can identify the little nylon thingies. Just post the picture here. Also check out Camping World catalogs. They might have some look-alikes. You can also use shirt buttons. Just find a size that will fit in the slot and sew it on. nfisherman '61 DW '67 DS '02 DDs (2) '05 Ddog '92 '05 Starcraft Centennial 3606 '02 Pathfinder
I found them from a local dealer, they are called Camper Tabs, and the part number they told me was A118. A pack of 14 only costs $3.25 so not bad at all! I thought about using the buttons, that would work pretty darn good also. Now that i can drive less than an hour away and get some and ask them about some other parts i will. Good dealer, knew what i needed as soon as i called, they have a large stock of small stuf, and if they dont have it they can get it. Ok so how do these camper tabs work? Do you slide them in the aluminum rail that is used to hold the canvas. If so do they slide easy to open and close them. Thanks for the help 1972 Rockwood 2005 Buick Rendezvous ---Completely rebuilt the PUP and love it.
