Still finalizing the final leg of our trip.

    We are from Toronto

    Booked
    Boston
    Acadia National
    Vermont

Trying to decide where to spend the last two nights

We have done Quebec city twice but never Montreal

Has anyone stayed at a good campground near Montreal?

Any other suggestions for the last two nights?

I haven't stayed at any campgrounds there, but I did visit Montreal. I stayed at a hotel across the river and took the subway in. Was very nice and easy to do. Montreal was wonderful!

Montreal we stayed at Camping Alouette, there is a local ferry terminal about 25 minutes from the campground
where you can do day trips into old Montreal, (campground will have directions) lots of attractions, Montreal Museum of Archaeology and History is a must visit. Note highway traffic around Montreal is just awful, because of that actual drive time will probably be closer to 1 HR or more to the ferry terminal.

    Hope this helps

I will second that the traffic is awful.
