Makes me hungry just looking at it.
I too have all of the above questions and the afore mentioned hunger response.
Chicken and Broccoli braid. Made at Barkcamp state park campground. Belmont. Ohio

chop 2 cups cooked chicken tenders, and 1 cup brocoli (i used froz. florets thawed) mix with 1/2 cup red bell pepper, 1 cup shredded chedder cheese, 1 garlic clove ( used minced) 1/2 cup mayonnaise, 2 tablespoons dill weed, 2 tablespoons slivered almonds (optional) let sit in fridge overnight. pre heat dutch oven, (i used a 14 inch oven so it fits nice into pot ) spread open flat 2 pkg (8oz) refrigerated crescent roll sheets, ( as this mixture will yeild 2 rolls), add mixture to the middle. cut slices about 1 inch apart down both sides , twist and wrap slices together on top of mixture, brush on egg white mixture (i forgot this step, but it was still good) . bake 360-365 deg. for 28-30 minutes until browned on top i used about (7 coals on bottom, 18 on top. )

Only thing I would add is a can of Hatch diced green chile's.
