Get out in the front yard and cook something you haven't tried yet:

I left them stand on end, in a C shape, lightly boiling in Apple Juice. I flipped the ribs only once. Ribs had a 30min head start, then I tossed in 3 chicken breasts to boil. I waited until the meat pulled away from the ribs. Probably a couple hours.

You can hardly notice the baked potatoes and veggie medley to the side. We finished (fighting to keep the ribs together) on the grill top from color. Not a bad 70th Birthday for my dad.

Cool. I usually just smoke them for about 6 hours or so. Little 18 inch Weber does the job well

Nah, it was goin' to town weather. Almost too warm, so I ditched my bibs and felt sort of balmy at 20 degrees!

Thanks! Its good for quite a bit of different meals cooked hot and fast. Good for bread too (think Italian wood oven type setup)
