I believe Camping World does rentals. I'm sure others do. Would suggest you Google RV rentals.

Are you looking for a place in Arizona, the v10 depending on terrain will vary. I rented on back in 07 that had the v10 and I got and average of about 8 mpg going from the valley to Williams, which if you know the I-17 there are a few decent grades going to flagstaff. I own a f250 with the v10 and it only get 10 mpg around town and 12 empty on the hwy so for and rv I think that is a pretty decent mpg.
