Thanks everyone !
I've got a few mods to do this weekend. Adding a second battery, Installing my charge controller (formerly on the pop-up) so I can run my 100 watt solar panel, and adding a small inverter (also formerly in the p'up). Maybe a couple other things. We are headed out for 8 days of dry camping at a National Forest CG in a week and a half. Will try to do the Maine Rally in early August for our first outing with hookups. Hopefully no issues with it..... I KNOW we are going to enjoy it. We camped out @ my MIL's house last weekend.
Couple pics trying out all the systems at camp MIL .........
Wow very nice rig !! Something we have been discussing for a while now .. Don't think we are ready quite yet but eventually we will join the dark side.. I hear they have ice cream there
We also have bacon, cookies and keurigs
very nice, We were just looking at this one online yesterday. We have a 2014 coachman 192rbs that we love but have grandkids now and need something bigger. But not huge. How do you like it so far.
Congrats on the new camper.
Well, the leaves are all on the ground. I guess it is time to put the camper into hibernation for the winter. I think we got close to nine feet of snow last winter, so we figured indoor storage would be a good idea....
Wow, looks like a nice building to store it in. It should keep it safe from all that snow, unless the roof caves in.
Yes..... thanks for making me feel confident about my choice.
You should see the contract I signed.... they consider themselves responsible for nothing. Oh well.... I figure, 'what are the odds?'
Im still looking for this model. We have looked at the Keystone Pass port 2400 which is the same floor plan and fell in love with it. But want to see the Bullet 243. Went to the Tampa show this past weekend, they didnt have it.
Are you still loving this one. We have a 19 foot right now but need extras space for grandkids.
We are still loving it ! I think the 2400 had some things I would consider 'higher end' , like the sink, countertop, and pocket doors instead of the 243's curtains. We just didn't feel the need for those things and saved some money by going with the Bullet. Plus... the stripe package on the Bullet matched my truck better . I do recommend you look at it in person before you decide.... some prefer the 2400.
