Hi all, The Dusseldorf RV Show (which just ended) always has many cool looking RV's. If you want to drool, that's the place. http://www.caravan-salon.com/ I was impressed by many manufacturers, Knaus notably, from Germany. http://www.knaus.de/ Honestly, North-American manufacturers are not ready to face European manufacturers. We seem to be stuck in time with heavy trailers, square, dark-brown cupboards, agglomerate counter tops and dark curtains and valances. As we build lighter boats, airplanes and cars with space-age materials, I always wonder why progress is so slow in RV's... We have wind-tunnel-tested aerodynamic trucks and "all new redesigned" SUV's but square RV's that often look from another era, even for 2013 models! I'd gladly pay a little more a modern-looking (and modern-built!) rig. There. I had to say it. My 2 cents. B.
