    That does look good! [:)O]

Can you post the recipe. Looks like something I might want to try at home first before making it on a trip.

It's actually ridiculously simple! I need a half cup of each, clover honey, Dijon mustard, and olive oil. A heaping teaspoon of curry powder comma about 2 tablespoons heaping of minced garlic salt and pepper to taste. Whisk all of that together until it's mixed really really well. Add in your boneless skinless chicken thighs and flip them around in the sauce. Baked and your Dutch oven for an hour and a half. Add the little red potatoes about a half hour before you're done baking. It's really that simple and delicious.

Works for me thanks. I'm assuming you keep the temp about 350 by the amount of coals you used?

Looks good. Kind of like a honey mustard chicken with a twist.

Yes but the garlic and curry breaks up that sweetness just enough. If desired, you could use the hot curry. I don't care for hot stuff but some do.

Ok, I finally made this the other night for dinner at home. Used all the ingredients with the exception of pepper. Also only used a 1/4 teaspoon of curry. Since we had some small white potatoes left over from Thanksgiving I cut them up and used them. I did use chicken thighs with the bone in.

I cooked them in a dutch oven we use at home in the oven.

The chicken and potatoes were great!!! The DW really liked it and even our DS really enjoyed it. This is one meal that was very easy to make and easy cleanup. I will definitely be making this again for dinner!
