We stayed at this resort in September 2014. We had heard from others what a great little gem it was and we weren't dissapointed.

It's located quite far off paved roads but it wasn't an issue for any vehicle to get there as it was well maintained.

The resort is extremely clean, and really picturesque. The campsites had generous space, a firepit and a table. There was power and water available to most of the sites for a very small fee of $3 a night. The campsites themselves are only $25-29 a night! Bundles of wood were $8 and the store had a few treats and odds and ends if you needed something.

They also offer boat rentals as the lake does have fishing. For $75 for the day you had The boat, gas and jackets.

They also have a few docks for swimming and boat mooring. There is a nice little play area for kids with a sandbox and a big open grass area to run around.

The shower and washroom facilities were new and clean. The showers were an honor system which is so nice compares to the timed variety.

Cons to the resort is that it's all tiered so it's all up hill and downhill. Definitely some steep banks and wouldn't be a place for people with mobility issues or children that need constant supervision.

The wildlife at the resort was something else. The ducks and squirrels were constantly hanging around our feet and sitting at our table for scraps. At first it was fun and then became a nuisance. Hahaha they would come right up and take things out of your hand!

There are also cabins at this resort and there were a few gems we would consider staying in!

All in all the resort was beautiful and relaxing.

Hope that helps and prospective campers!
