Hey, John L, I am getting the same error message. And constantly having to click no or yes, to get the box from the center of the screen. I would like to know the reason also.

What browsers are you both using? I check the site every few weeks with 4 different browsers and from a MAC and a PC. One of the systems is a old P.O.S. that take forever to do anything and I have yet to see that error.

Steve, I get the error message on IE at home. At work I am ok. When I switch over to firefox it is fine. I think it has something to do with IE since I get the error message on other sites as well. Until I can figure it out I have to remember to use firefox.

What version of IE are you using. I have 7 at home with no issues and 6x at work with no issues.

I use IE7. I thought it was 6 until I tried to download 7 and it told me I already had it. I am not sure why I am getting these messages. Maybe I should delete it and reinstall it. Do you think that will help?

Are you only getting this on the Home Page and did it start within the last 2 months? It maybe the Banner Ad. One of the Ads contains a Java Script (and on the Home Page there are 2 Banner Ads) and that may be causing the error. To test this, keep refreshing this page until you get the error, look to see which Banner Ad is at the top of the page. If the area that normally contains the Banner Ad is blank, then we found the problem. If there is a Banner Ad at the top of the page and you get the error, make a note as to which Banner Ad is displayed. Now click on the "Links" option on the menu (above the "Logout" button). If the Banner Ad displayed on the previous page is <u>not</u> one of the first six (6) Banner Ads, then it is still the same problem as noted above. If it was one of the first six, then it's not the web site causing the problem.

Either way, make sure you have the latest version of Java on your computer and you may also want to upgrade to a newer version browser as well.

Would Java affect all other pages as well?

Hi Steve: It started for me in the last couple of weeks and pops up everywhere and everytime I open a subject. I've gone nuts trying to tweak my computer but it only happens on this sight.

Clear-out the browser's temperary Internet files. Run Ad-Aware (best thing out there for clean-out spy-ware crap). Update your Java and then see what happens.

Steve: Ad-Aware and removing temp internet files did nothing to solve the problem. Don't know about other folks.

Did not help here. I have only been getting this since the 4th of July fireworks banner was up. So, over a week now. But, nothing I do clears it. I just deal with it, coz I love this site, and once I click no a few times, it stops till I start something new.

OK, I found the problem and fixed it. It was a java image handler I had put on the home page to do a slide show of campers. It only would appear to non-members but because of the way the site is written, the java would load on every page.

    Sorry for the error.
