    Very nice photo!!!

I do a lot of shooting at high noon - the worst time really. But I have learned how to make it work for me. Sometimes you just have to work with what you've got.

Yes photography is one nice part of camping but it doesn’t have to represent all that we love about camping. It can be a side hobby while camping.

But I do like that thread on what is camping and follow it too. Lots of pictures of pop ups and cute kids and landscapes which is always nice to see in any thread.

Here's one of my favorite sunrises, from a view off the dock that was just right outside our camper at a state park in northern MN. Had to get up early for this photo.

Here are a few from our Sequoia / Yosemite trip last year. It was our longest trip in the Popup, she made it, but found out it wasn't 100% water tight.

Nice drone shot. ....mine has been in hiding since the new regulations rolled out in Canada. ..:(...might as well skip the drone and get a pilots licence. ..lol for the hoops you need to jump through up here.

Took this while laying in my hammock. His burrow was just off to the side of one of the anchor trees. That little guy was really busy storing up for the winter. I watch him make his rounds for quite a while.

My belief: Camping is a base camp made it possible to find and photograph a subject therefore it is a camping photo. Please populate the above thread with many photos. Consider it spreading photographic acorns amongst the snapshots. <GG>.

95% of photos containing people have no interest. "Here's Aunt Sally in front of "X" monument." My comment is I've seen Aunt Sally a thousand times. Remove her from the photo and let me see the image behind her I have never seen. Never understood why someone wants to be in every photo. Is it ego, narcissism or some sort of proof that they actually went on the vacation they claimed they did?

Old barns and churches will tell you alot about the area. The excess collective wealth of an area would be poured into the church building a 100 or 150 years ago. The barns will reveal the wealth of the farmer. Driving the backroads shows many subjects.

Thanks to everyone who shared their photographs.
