We went dark a few months back with our 19 foot toy hauler...

Here it is under our Carolina carport

I probably could have gotten away with 9 ft. legs on the carport but we went with 10 ft. legs

    Carport is 16x23

thanks...I think I could have gotten away with the 9 ft. legs instead of 10 ft. legs...

But at least it fits lol

I may have them enclose the back 3/4 down also

    Looks great!

My parents have one like it that they keep their Class A under. About ten years ago, a hurricane tore it up. Now it has supports sticking out the sides, at an angle, to the ground. Their motorhome wasn't damaged, thankfully.

I wish I had one. Will have to add it to my really long wish list. [LOL]

Nice. I am looking at something like that to park the PUP, since it will not fit in the new garage.

Lit is very nice and should hold up the snow, just what I am considering. Did they install the bottom rail on top of gravel? I need high wind protection and snow protection in northern Illinois. Curious on how it is on the ground.

yes the bottom rails are installed on top of the gravel....

they used 4 mobile home anchors that get drilled down into the ground then bolted into frame to secure it

if you want one a basic one for your pup they are $995 installed for a 10x21 with 6 ft. legs

mine is 16x23 with 10ft legs, upgraded to 12 gauge frame, and extra panels on sides I paid $2,500 delivered and installed

check out www.gaports.com for correct pricing

Mine is a different brand, but has held up to 15 years of snow. Once it goes past a foot or so, I try to knock some off
As far as winds go, it stood up some incredible winds that took down trees near it.

I should NOT have looked at this post. I have room in the backyard and a desire for a bigger trailer eventually. This looks like a decent storage situation. I'll work on forgetting about this...

If you need justification, around here 3 years worth of covered parking will pay for one of these, so it's not just nice, it's cost effective if you're in it for the long run. You're welcome :)

    Thanks for the justification.
    I am glad I don't have a HOA.
