Took the PuP and family (8 of us total) out this past weekend to Silver River SP in Ocala, Fl. Yeah, there were 8 of us. 3 in each king bed and two in the table top twin. Plenty of room. We do all (ALL) of our cooking outside using the outside stove, a small gas grill, and the george forman. Works out great. We also have a 10x10 canopy we got at Target for sitting and the camper awning. Anyway, the campground is awesome. Huge spots 60x25, tons of privacy, can barely see your neighbors and everyone was extremely friendly. There is no fishing in this park, but the bike trails are great. about 10 miles worth of trails. Plenty of wild life, bears, coon, bobcats, and even a couple tribes of monkeys. oh yeah, and the gators of course. If you have the chance or you're looking for a great place to camp, this is one to not pass on. The bath houses are clean and in brand new condition. You'll love it. Also, wild waters water park is about 2 miles away. Get the season passes and go all year for the price of 2 days trips, bout $60 bucks per head for the season, and it comes with all kinds of stuff.
