When operating the water pump in the Fleetwood Niagara is it best practice to turn the switch on for the pump and then the water at the sink or turn the sink water on and then the turn the pump switch on - knowing that in either situation you have a full freshwater tank?

Thanks!

Are you asking about turning on the faucet in the camper or the hydrant at the campground?

Provided your tank has water in it, turn on the pump when you set up and leave it on. Once it builds pressure the pump will shut off until you turn on the faucet again.

I always turn the pump on first thing in the morning, then I'll start the water heater.. that way by the time I've had a second cup of coffee, there is hot water. Pump (and water heater) stay on until I go to bed or we go out the day. Simple answer, pump switch first then faucet..
