We received this 1984 Starcraft from family knowing it needed some work (can’t complain about free.....yet). We knew there were soft spots on the floor and finally were able to pull back the flooring to see what we were looking at. If I push, I could probably go right through. So the big question: just go for replacing sections or would some type of wood hardener work?

Replace OSB (should not have been used by manufacturer) with marine plywood.

Oh, welcome to the Portal from South Carolina.

Thanks! I’ve been glancing through since we picked it up last weekend. The more vinyl I pull up, the worse it is starting to look.

Replace with some good marine plywood. Definitely want to check elsewhere for leaks. My PUP had a leak in the left rear corner of the wall and it started to damage the floor.
