August 1, 2013 - returning from rained out softball games - received a National Weather Service flash flood warning on iPhone at. 3:03 pm. Returned and stayed at site till 5:30pm. Went to dinner and when we returned water was up to axle completely surrounded. Office staff completely unable to handle situation. Another camper said this had happened 3 weeks earlier. More concerned with what to do with incoming and where to put them then rescuing us. All of A and B loops flooded to knees except for few on higher ground near road. Thanks to Holiday Inn Express 45 minutes away for opening up a room for us.

I'm so sorry to hear that - it sounds very frustrating.

Camper is fine - lots to be grateful for. No help from campground. It's a shame.
