When I bought our new SUV last year, my 7 year old said its name was Fred. Um, okay. Our PUP never had a name, but after that, we decided it'd be Ethel. So, here's Fred & Ethel

Being a man of a certain age, I love this post! Of course Lucy and Ricky were superstars. However, Fred and Ethel were hysterically funny in their own right.
DSCinVegas ~ that rocked!!!! This post really made me smile My husband died nearly 4 years ago, and buying a pop-up was always something we talked about but never got around to. I bought Ethel in 2009 from a friend -- brand new shape, used less than 20 times ever. Our son and I are having a blast and Fred & Ethel just makes me smile
Karen.... lol.. I'm glad! (First to say that I am so sorry for you and your son's loss)... I'm sure he is standing beside you both every time you crank up that roof! Can I suggest--- you should print a good photo of the vintage F&E. (I just Bing'd that one you see here) and then pair it up with one of those double hinged photoframes along with your favorite solo shot of Dad/Hubby. Keep it in your PUP.... and then just place it on your dinette table or another good spot each time you take " them" out for a trip. Trust me.. THAT will make you smile daily, I guarantee it... be well! DinV
