This is a Sun RV park.

We stayed here Aug 6-13th 2016. It was very hot and humid despite a breeze off the bay, the real feel temperature was over 100 all week during the day and 80s at night.

This campground is huge 600 sites of all types of hookups from tent to full cabin rental. there is a water park included in the camping fee. The western shows are also included.
The facilities include Laundry( no AC, very hot, but right next to the water park) full service camp store with everything from beer and wine to sewer hook ups, soda fountain, and groceries. Ice was 2.50 for 7 lbs, 5.00 for 16 lbs, plus tax. Wood was 7.00 plus tax which was very green. We bought outside the park 3 pieces for a dollars seemed to be the norm.

There was an activity or movie every night at the pavilion, there are boat and kayak rentals at the docks, as well as dock space rentals.
They do rent golf carts per day, Check website for current prices. (we did not rent one)
There are also multiple places to grab lunch or a snack as well as a saloon near the water park and inside the water park. we did not eat there. the Bar at the pool was fine for beer, my wife did not enjoy her mixed drink. both reasonably priced.

The Ice cream shop was excellent.

The bath houses are big, clean and cleaned frequently free with push button timers which varied from shower to shower and bath house to bath house.

There are dump stations at two of the bath houses.

There is a pool and playground in addition to the water park.

We stayed on an elec and water site. no issues with power or water. we had a table and fire ring. there is free basic Wifi at the CG.

This campground is on the Sinepuxent bay. Assateague National park was just across the bay from us.

Our stay at the campground was fine, no issues with the staff, they were present, quiet hours were generally enforced. We were not thrilled with the personalities of some of our neighbors, but again no issues. the roads are grey dust almost like aggregate, which covered everything by the end of the week( nothing a quick wash didn't take care of). it seemed like we were the only ones without a suped up golf cart, the speed limit was 9 and 1/2 MPH, this was not enforced. the roads are busy during the day with golf carts, kids on bikes disregarding or not knowing the rules of the road, and cars. The only issue I had with it is that I witnessed a few close calls with kids on bikes and cars/golf carts.

Overall we loved our vacation as we were ten minutes from Ocean City and Assateague national park. just over an hour to Lewes Delaware and the Virginia shores. All well worth the drives.

We visited the National park portion of Assateague island which was 20 dollars for the week( also vowed us into the virginia side). the State park charges per person per day.
The National Park service had multiple events everyday, which was a fun take we took the Kayaking tour of the bay.

Ocean City is fun and a typical Boardwalk carnival atmosphere with fun houses and games and rides, as well as Great boardwalk fries.

We went swimming everyday either in the ocean or pools at the campground.

The campground was too busy and resort like for our tastes, we prefer a bit more privacy and a few less gold carts. the kids loved the water park and arcade. We did not take in the wild west show or mini golf. They did not like the fact that we did not give them too much freedom, it was too big and confusing.
We will visit the area again, Not sure this park is the right fit for us.
