Camping at Calhounfalls State Park and enjoying my 2019 Rockwood Hw277. An outdoor kitchen for me is a MUST

How do you like that steel griddle? I have looked at them, almost pulled the trigger on the Bass Pro knockoff, but I think I am leaning towards the Griddle Q as the dimensions seem to be a little better fit for my stove.

I really like it. It is the perfect size for the two of is. However, it just barely fits our grill. I can’t close the lid over it, but it still works and cooks very well.

Those highwalls are huge! You barely come up to where the canvas starts.

Not to get off topic, but does towing that have a big impact on your gas mileage?

    That's an awesome outdoor kitchen!

Looks like you have a great set up, I mostly cook outdoors but a griddle is way to much for only Pebbles and I (Pebbles is a Chihuahua / Feist mix) and my camping partner.
I wish you had been at my campground as i bet the smell was great and you would have had to throw me out of your site or invite me to supper.:) Thanks for sharing the pix. Good luck and Happy Camping
