    Hello all,
I just got my first PopUp camper, a 1980 Coleman Brandywine ltd. I picked it up for 400.00.... It was pretty dirty and needed a ton of cleaning and i re-wired the trailer lights and only have a few other items before camping this weekend.

All i "need" to do is replace the propane regulator, the tube going to the water reservoir, and install a Battery for the power converter.

What i want to do asap if lay new linoleum, Recover the bench seats in new clean/more modern fabric...and a ton more...

    Here are some pictures...

    WOW, she is a beauty!

Looks great for its age. A lot better looking then mine was when I got it.

make some slipcover for the cushions, makes them easy to pull off and wash if need be.

Very nice and looks to be in great shape. Can't go wrong with $400.00 either.

I am redoing my seat cushions...omg whomever wrote the directions on redoing them was nuts...took me 2 and a half hours to do just the zipper...lmao....and then so far 10 hours to do the rest...and I still am not done! Go for the quick and easy with NO ZIPPER..... :)

I just made slip covers for mine, and used elastic so they stay on, and just take them off to wash works good, and super easy.

You got a deal and a half there! I too bought an '80 Coleman on Craigslist last month for $375, nowhere near as nice as yours though.

Quick question for you- does your battery go under the seat to the left of the sink too? That's where the hookup is in mine, but I'm not keen on the idea of having a battery in a non vented space.

Congrats on your terrific deal, and welcome to the portal from Va Beach!

NO, That sounds like someone got lazy and didnt run hte wires up to the tounge... Mine has the wires run up the the front.

I picked up a battery box last night to fit in the brackets on the tounge..

I aslo picked up the propane regulator last night. .. Al most ready for the first outing...

I am actually suprised that that the floor is still in such good shape.. i think the layer of filth must have sealed it up .. lol.... I am goning to toss some cheep sticky squars of fake wood flooring in there untill i gut it this winter...

I'd keep the floor and put in those sunburst yellow appliances that were in the same time period. [:D]

Man that does look nice. I found mine (1985 skamper) on craigslist and paid $500. Needs a little work but from the looks of yours you got a much better deal. Also I think I have the same flooring on mine.

LOL... yeah... I am printing out a vinyl decal that list the rules of the poopper and will be enforcing them...

1- Number 1's should be executed outside whenever possible
2-Number 1's should only be executed inside under extreme circumstances
    (IE: Zombie outbreak)
3-Number 2's should be executed oust side whenever possible
4-Number 2's should only be executed inside under extreme circumstances
    (IE: Zombie outbreak)
5-whenever number 1's or number 2's are executed inside, the individual that
executes the number or numbers will be responsible for the emptying and cleaning
    of the facility.
6-Once a number 1 or number 2 has been executed inside other individuals are welcome
to use the facilities. The "breaker of the seal" (IE: First to use it) will still be required to
clean it; UNLESS the originally number was a number 1 and was followed by a number 2.
At this point the escalator of the number will take responsibility.
7-The cleaning duties will automatically be placed upon an individual no matter the order in
which they used the facilities if that individual is the latest on to not flush. At that point it will
become there responsibility. this responsibility can only be lifted by another non flush or if a
number to is executed and no number 2's have been executed previously.
9-Always ask BEFORE using the facilities if you have any questions about the rules.
