Yeah number 2 was... wow... just wow. I am going to be spraying down the tables and water spigots with Lysol now before we use them.
We just bought the camper, haven't even used it yet. But we have been camping with tents at mixed use sites for the last couple of years.
Glad I always cover the table with a heavy canvas cloth.

Remember to close the lid in the portalets so more of the odor goes up the vent chimney rather than filling the "cabin"
