My wife and I are the 4th owners of a 2001 Aliner LXE. In the two years we have had it, we’ve done many repairs both outside and inside. We’ve done some reconfiguring to fit our big Bernese mountain dog that travels everywhere with us and some upgrades including a new furnace, new ac and custom cabinets, beds and tables. We have even been lucky enough to actually do some camping in it as well ;)
Thanks to all for the help I have received from this forum along the way.
Looking forward to spring and getting back out there.

I love some Of the mods, especially the table You did. The hide A way water jug is also a favorite. Great job.
Thanks! The tiny floor space and lack of storage definitely forced some creative engineering. We gutted and reconfigured the whole kitchen area. Mostly because the floor was rotted. We figured out all of the things we needed to store and then designed the cabinets around our needs. The counter top is half inch plywood with faux marble epoxy. Extensive repairs caused us to have to open the end wall and we discovered that there was room for a pantry if we curved the back of the cabinet. The table is a teak top from lowes attached to some coffee table lifts.it has sliding metal supports to hold it up when open. The camper had heavy table with a metal base that took up a lot of room when it was open and had no where to go when it was stowed away.

I much prefer the weather of NM, since I don't do well with humidity. I don't care for windy season thought.
LeRoy is actually my hometown. I lived there my entire life, until I moved to NM 35 years ago.

Small world! My mom grew up on lake street, my aunt and uncle live on summit st. and my grand parents lived on hill top for years. My mom is a Jeary and my dad’s side are the wolfs. I don’t head that way more than once a year but I have a lot of memories of skating on the creek and eating spaghetti at the casino on Main Street. Great town and a great place to grow up.
