OK, now that the bulk of the curtain making is done we're looking at the lighting in the pup. Currently, it has LEDs in the ceiling lights and the 3 shepherd pole clip lights (one is a light/fan combo. The two light clips are for the bunkends and the light/fan clip is for over the dinette table slide-out. I'd like to replace that light with some sort of hanging light fixture, but have not had any luck finding one. Obviously, it's a 12v type fixture.
Anyone know where I might find something like this?

Not 12v, but Five Below has some cute hanging light fixtures that are LED battery operated. I almost came home with one.

Remember than any hanging light fixture will need clearance to close down a pup. Other than that, there are plenty of 12v RV and boat lights on Amazon. That's where we bought the new reading lights we installed last year in the TT.

We have one of these and use it every time we camp without electricity - which is almost always. It doesn't drain the camper battery, provides light and/or fan, it's perfect. I will say that it's not Fischer Price. The body of the fixture is plastic and the hanger part is somewhat fragile. Gorilla glue put ours back in full service for several years now.

We also use these solar, collapsible lights. They're not fancy but when you're off-grid and conserving energy is the objective, they're perfect.

Now that I've posted this, I think I may get one for the shower tent. Not so much for the light but the fan.

The fan is powerful, it really moves the air.

Nice choices and you understand they will only work at an electric campsite, yes? The electrical outlets do not work off the camper battery unless you have an inverter.

Yes, we're planning on doing something new and camping in sites with electric now that we have the pup.
Up to now, we've been tent campers and never had sites with electric, so this is quite the change for us.

FINALLY got the hanging light that we ordered two weeks before we left for our trip, but, well, Lowes online ordering really sucks. So we didn't have for the trip. :(

Anyway, here's the light: Camper Light.JPG
