Anyone else headed out? We have 2 sites at a local state park. One for the camper and one for the kids to tent In. Weather looks good and need to air out the pup from last trip.

I'm going out too... cross country skiiing. To pull the rig out would require about 8 hours of shoveling and tire chains.

Well, first night furnace wouldn't fire up. 34* outside. Hooked up the big buddy heater and ran that. Double sleeping bags for everyone. Next day ran to town and replaced all fuses in the inverter. Furnace fired up. Then one of the kids fell and broke the door to pup. So I'll be looking for parts or ideas for that..also might have talked the wife into new canvas for the trailer..lol

20190225_185502 (2).jpg Our first night out this year and the temp got down to -4c/25f,the dog wasn't too happy wth the 1/4 inch of ice on top of his water bucket. luckily we had electric hook up and I had a go at the insulating the pup which worked well.Daytime temps were 17c/62f, crazy weather for this time of year. The only possible issue was that of isolated patches of condensation in the pup which we dried off before packing up.
