I have a 1998 Coleman Sun Valley pup. Trying to replace part of the upper crank mechanism, specifically the thrust nut. Used "knocker loose" spray to get the first pin out of the crank shaft so I could access the spring, nylon spacer, lock washer & nut inside the crank shaft. It worked great! But now I have to remove the sprockets for the chain and the thrust nut so I can remove the drive shaft and replace the thrust nut. I have "Knocker Loose" spray, a 5/32 punch and hammer, a 1/8 punch and hammer, a heat gun ( 1100 degrees) and a benzamatic torch. The pin has not budged one IODA. PLEASE HELP! The only other thing I can think to do is attempt to drill it out or cut the thrust nut out. ( Like I said, I'm DESPERATE!) Any and all suggestions GREATLY appreciated!!

FINIALLY got the pin out. In the end, I tried 5 different penetrating sprays/ oils, a heat gun, a torch, a right angle drill, several punches, & finially ended up CUTTING the thrust nut in two with an air compressor and a Dye Grinder so that I could knock the pin out with a punch. ( The grinder took 1.5 hrs of consistent effort! Lol ) Now I can take a break & wait for all the new parts to come in! 😁👍
