Helpppp We have a 2014 Palomino 12DD with AC we think was put in wrong place

Hello I'm not sure where to put this, but we have 2014 Palomino 12DD that the dealership is saying has the ac in the right place. We know that it is wrong and we want it fixed. They want us to send pictures of other12dd with ac showing that it is wrong. If you have one and an ac unit on it could you take a picture of it when it is down with the door in the picture for reference.

So pissed because they have beeen having us jump thru hoops when they know that it is on wrong and sold t to us that way.

Curious why you think it is in the wrong location. Typically it is installed in the existing roof vent. How many roof vent locations do you have?

If it came wired from the factory there is probably only one possible location.

Most AC units will only fit in one place as there is an internal frame in place to support it while on the roof.

What seems to be the problem with the location? Is the roof sagging, cracks starting to form ect?

Yes, please tell us why you think it is in the wrong place? Is causing problems? If so, what type? Did it have the a/c when you purchased the unit, or did the dealer (or someone else?) install it?
