Heh, I love the music in that goes with it. When I'm setting mine up it needs to be the theme from "The Benny Hill Show".

heheh Glad nobody's video-taping me setting up! "Ride of the Valkeries" would be the appropriate music for that. [LOL]

If I had a do-over on buying a popup, I'd consider a Cobalt. I've seen MosbyRanger's up close and personal in Taylor Park this last summer, and kinda' liked it. Mine is fine, though. Got all the amenities.

    Nice video, Steve!

Very nicely done. Is that actually a Cobalt? The rear bunk looks bigger.I am going to do an axle flip and big wheels on my Columbia just to make it easier to put the bunk support poles in place after seeing this.

Nice to have those perfectly level spots with no need to even unhook from the TV [;)]

I found that interesting since most Coleman/Fleetwoods have the bigger bunk in the front and must unhook from the TV because the bunk could not extend all of the way without hitting the TV. That's the way my little Yuma is.

I've never seen someone put up the awning from the beginning like that. Thought the poles would tip over halfway through and drag towards the PUP?

Takes the DH about an hour and a half to set up the pup. Think it's time to put him in training if they can get it done in two and a half minutes.........LOL

I unfurl my awning when the roof is about half-way up because it's a lot easier than when the roof is at full height. But I do the set-up differently than they did. He put the ridge poles in while she held the front edge up and then they dropped the vertical supports. I get the vertical supports in place first and then insert the ridge poles.

His wife does a lot more work than mine does too! Mine seems to perform 2 duties really well.... That would be setting up the camping chairs, and drinking wine while I put up the PUP.

Great fun! I really enjoyed the video. A good reminder that set up should be fun and that attitude is the one thing we can all change in life. Next set up I will be thinking about this video!

still wondering which Evolution series camper that was. If it was a Cobalt than what year had the big bunk in the rear?

Opened the video up in YouTube and the comments said it was an E1, Looked for the brochure and sure enough the E1 has a small bunk and cargo deck in the front and a large bunk in the rear. Okay now I want that one instead of the EV3! [LOL]

OMGosh was that fun to watch. Wonder how we got the stop action affect. I don't own a DVR and wonder if it's a setting option? Or maybe it's just from fast forwarding the video.
I think we should do a thread of "What's your set up theme song". I died reading the first couple responses with theirs.
Think that ours would be "Sabre Dance" by Aram Khachaturian, in that 80% of the time we're setting up in the rain [{}=] (gettin pretty good at it, but it makes you hurry) [LOL]
