Because I love camping ⛺️
Your signature has at the end, "The Beast" is that the name of your popup? If yes, it's also the name of mine. Somehow that just fits. I like your reasoning about your name, and I also am very much a newbie at popup camping.
I made the mistake of quickly registering and now I'm stuck with my full name as my screen name...or is there a way to change it without re-registering?
Roux 'B Doux, no it is the name of my tow vehicle. "Beast" because it is so big, I have even moved a small loveseat/sofa in it, and could close the tail. Also it's a "beast" since I put just a little more into repairs than I would have liked, recently. It has great brakes again now. I have not named my popup.

I don't think anyone here has a screen name. The name displayed is your log in name. It's been that way since the "upgrade" to the forum. If things have changed someone tell me.
In our view it takes a family to use a PopUp: without my wife of not yet a year I would. Not. Go. There....

My wife and I love going to the coast. I enjoy listening to the gulls, it sounds like they're laughing.
YellowCity is a nickanme for my hometown: Amarillo. It's also known as Bomb City USA due to the Pantex nuclear assembly/disassembly plant just outside of town. You may also have heard of the Big Texan Steak Ranch where they have the 72oz steak dinner challenge, and the Cadillac Ranch public art installation.
