We rebuilt the roof over the last few months and today finally reinstalled the rooftop ac unit. Since the rear plastic panel had a huge vertical split, decided to remove it so I can repair it. I was hoping that would the last major item to complete. However, it really didn’t surprise me to see the wood rot behind it on the drivers side as that was the worst side on the roof.

The worst pieces are the one on the outside (drivers side) and the left edge of the plywood that goes all the way across. I think can repair what’s needed without having to take everything apart on the inside. I’ll did into it more in the coming week as long as the weather allows. Any thoughts?
