Kentucky Halloween Rally 2015

I was ask if there was going to be a Rally for Kentucky so i was thinking how about a Halloween Rally at Mammoth Cave in the Park the dates 30-31 let me know.

I forgot there is group spot but there is no Elect at the any of the site.

Count me in! That late in the camping season hopefully don't need the ac so as right now we could do the park with no electric or maybe look at a KOA in the area. Jelly Stone would be good if we had families with kids as they plan the weekend out the kids have plenty to do.

I'm sure we would be interested. We've stayed at the Jellystone down there before, it was nice but pretty expensive, so I guess that something to consider for everybody.

The cost at the Cave well be cheaper for everyone i do know at Jellystone it was high Koa is not much cheaper i am going down this sat i well take some pic of the campground and the group site.

I went down on sat and took some pic and i did talk to the Ranger at the check in loop-c and loop-B are the best the group sit has only open pit potty and one main water out let for getting water and would have to use the Ferry and the camper can't be over 16ft long look at pic to getting on ferry and off Loop-B- has 2 Handy cap spot Loop-C does not also after talking to the Ranger after Sept-15 it's first come but she did say they can put some site on hold all i have to do is call. so here are some pic.

Also the shower are at the camp store and the cost is $3.00 per token and here is the one of the bathroom no shower building

Kr the bathroom are behind the Handicap site and the site is level for your walker and its a short trip to the bathroom and most all the site in both B and C are Level.

Kr I was looking at Loop B and not crossing FERRY because my camper won't fit on the ferry. also here is the park info call 270-758-2424 and www.nps.gov/maca and to make Reservations call 1-877.444-6777 or go online to www.recreation.gov.

We'll try to come to this, can't go a year without a rally. Go ahead and put us down as going and I'll change it later if I have to. At the worst I may have to leave for a couple of hours Saturday afternoon. Don't want y'all having all that fun without me. Bigdad, I'll call you this weekend about my reservation.

Tried to get reservations claims it is all booked up for that weekend. Said I could try 1st come 1st served. So guess you have to use your magic power.

Ok when I was there in may the Ranger said they can hold some site when come to the first come after Sept that when they don't take Resvation.
