    • We will be camping in North Idaho. We reserved our spot a few days ago. I was watching for a cancelation, and was able to get a spot at the campground we wanted.
We went camping at a KOA in Newport, WA a couple weeks ago for our first time out with the popup. It went great.

I stay home for Holiday weekends... everyone around me leaves town - why would I give up my "free" peace & quiet?? [:)C]

We’ve wanted, for a long time, to camp in Northern Idaho!

I did the same thing as you a couple of years ago: caught a cancelation! That made the trip even better!!

We'd guess the NFS campground at Lake Ste Katheryn where we will be won't be all that busy. This is just north of Crystal falls MI and not far from the WI border. Mike?

It lives in my driveway all summer... nice just to walk in and check fridge, change bedding, etc. It doesn't get slept in at home (or hasn't yet).

I'm sure it's gorgeous there! Maybe some day! I'll be camping quite a bit now through October... Unfortunately it will be time to winterize and store the trailer before I know it.

Spring and fall, is the best camping of the year! We'll camp into November and snow is on the ground. The forecast at Lake Ste Katheryn is near 40 overnight and 70 for highs. Perfect! We'll be hanging around the fire and wondering where Mike is........

I hate camping on holiday weekends. The campgrounds around us get super crowded, and are often loud at night. Not really my cup of tea. Spending the weekend working on clearing out and organizing the garage, and maybe getting my workshop area to the point where we can actually use it again.

We spent the weekend with our tent set up at a local park, but not sleeping in it. We go home since we are only 4 miles from there. We used to sleep at our re-enactment, but no longer. That takes up our Labor Day weekend!

We got home this afternoon from our favorite state park. There were a lot of folks around but everyone was having a good time.

I posted a photo on another thread, but the only downside was some yahoo shoehorned a 44-foot Class A into a 35-foot spot directly across from our site. Looking at the backside of a land yacht doesn't really compare to looking a beautiful Lake Pomona.

Sounds like people here had some good times! Right on! We stayed at Deception Pass out here in Washington.True, it gets crowded, but I have a thing for hearing happy families and kids playing. It reminds me that things are still good for young people!

This weekend is going to be out in the Cascades. We’ve never taken our camper out in the rain. It’s time.

Does anybody here know of a good thread that deals with lubrication/maintenance of the lift system in a Coleman pop up (1993 Cedar)?
