Hi hope someone can help. Have a 99 Coleman Niagara. I filled fresh water tank and noticed a leak underneath. there is a hose that runs from one side of tank on port side to the other side on starboard side. There is a couple of pin holes in this hose, realize needs to be changed just wondering purpose of this hose and if it would leak when using city water also. Thanks.

A picture would help. FYI: Unless your camper is on the water it's street side and curbside. :)

Unless you are on a one way street and can park on either side...

For vehicles and trailers it is Driver side or Passenger side.

The trailer has a street side and a curb side.

Is the hose attached near the top or bottom of the tank?

As was mentioned, post a pic. My tank straddles the axle, and there's a hose that connects the two sides and then goes up to the water pump, but yours sounds different.

In any case it should be simple enough to just replace the hose.

I had to change one out on our last PUP< I went to ACE as they have hose that will not kink I also bought a couple of new clamps too...Easy job, just make sure the hose is long enough, worst part for me was lack of room while slithering around under the trailer..
