Welcome from northern Virginia. Good luck with your leak. I believe you have an alumitite roof. If so, 9 out of 10 it’s coming from the roof tracks. Had to deal with this myself, except mine wasn’t that serious. Under those roof tracks are two seams. The manufacturer never sealed those seams and just covered the seam with roof tracks. Stupid design if you ask me. To stop the leak you need to seal those seams. Problem is, in doing so you can also seal whatever moisture in as well. Again my leak wasn’t that serious so I just used Eternabond tape. Bad leaks you may be looking into a rebuild. Good luck. Check out the roof section for more information on what to do.

    For a update...
Seems this originally did not have a AC. That is what caused the issue. There is no support for the ac on the roof. PO just slapped one up there with no drain or support. Going to sell the ac and buy a portable one. Put a new vent back in and restick new foam and luan.

Why not just keep the AC and put some support in. You will never cool as good with a portable. This is your chance to mike the roof right and tight.

I just think going that route with this alumitite roof is just a setup for failure later. But i have thought about it. And still might. We will see when i dig in a little more and maybe see how im going to do the supports if i decide to.
