We went out this last weekend and had a horrific time raising it. No problems before; but the top crank quit working so we just used the lower one. It was extremely hard and took us 2-3 hours. Nothing appears broken but this is horrible. We are in Northern California (SF Bay area). I went to the manuals and found Coleman Lift System but there was no actual link to download anything. Help! I want to be able to camp in it again! Plus, now how do we get our gear out?

Go here and you can download parts manuals, owner manuals, repair manuals, etc.

Generally RV dealerships aren't interested at all in working on older trailers as the repair can easily outstrip any residual value the camper may have. Your camper has been an orphan since 2011 so replacement parts can be difficult to find. Best you figure this out for yourselves.
