We just got back from out first camping trip for the season. We went Mother's Day Weekend to Greenbrier State Park.

It was great! the spots are huge and the lake very nice. there are plenty of trails and the very nice beach area.

    we will be back!!!

Looks like we need to try that park out. We've never been there, but a friend swears by it.

twinsmom, thanks for the reminder on that park!

Greg, this is one of the parks we reconned in December. There are pics in MD Recon Dec06 album along with Patapsco Valley SP and Gambrills. Greenbrier is a park we definately want to go to. Somewhere in my pile of camping papers is a list of the sites we liked best. I'll have to dig it out soon.

Well get those sites posted that you liked, so the rest of us can benefit from your scouting.
