We have purchased our 3rd Pop Up Camper. First one a Scamper Pop Up fully loaded, hot water, shower/port a potty area, three way refrigerator but an older model: this one got crushed by several huge pine trees falling on it in my son's backyard; where we use our camper. Hubby works in his town so he stays there over night while he does his summer job. We kept a part of the tree that had embedded itself in our floor and call him Mr Scamper who killed our camper. We purchased our replacement camper a 2005 Coleman Fleetwood just the bare stuff inside. Cooler no refrigerator or hot water heater but served it's purpose. After 7 years we noticed the seams starting to rot. Last year the seams split and Flex Seal Tape to the rescue. Opening it up this year the back pole bent, we used it for the season but knew we were done with this one. Not being a fixer upper couple. Now this year we purchased a much new looking 1993 Palamino Mustang. Oh my. Stored out of the winters up here in the U.P. We have checked it over and realize we need to do some repairs on a few things and I want to decorate it to my liking. Hence the reason why I registered to this site. So much helpful information to a newbie repairing things and such. I'll be using this site often.
