MT Wayfarer's State Park?

We are thinking of making a trip down from Alberta this year and was wondering if anyone had reviews? We would like electric and a beach. Now, being from Canada, I'm a little confused, is Wayfarer's a campground, or do State Parks have numerous campgrounds in them? I've been trying to research, but I've come out confused.

Some state parks have campgrounds and some do not. I can't recall being in any state park that had more than one campground (like some of the big national parks do, e.g., Yosemite).
