You got a great deal, I paid $500 for my '97 Freedom without A/C and a leaking roof.

    Enjoy!!

I can't believe the deal I got either. The most important things for us were gettin off the ground and A/C.Let me tell you our first time out my daughter asked me to turn down the air because it was too cold for her. It was in the high 9o's that weekend at the campground.
So far the only things I had to do were: replace the tires($110 for 2 with rim) , grease the bearings($5), and splice on a new flat pin connector for the lights($8). The awning needs work the zipper is stuck closed, I'll put new curtains in someday, install a lock on the door, and I would like to get some of those plastic stacking drawers, it gets cluttered pretty quick in there.
All in all we got very lucky. I will keep posting pictures as I get them.

Did you find it on CL? I'm still looking and hoping I can come across a deal like that.

I found a 1986 coleman laramie for $800. I thought that this was it!!! Well, from the pic they posted it didn't look too bad. Pictures are not always worth a thousand words. So I drove over an hour away to look at this thing. UUUGGHHHH... the inside was ok, it smelled old but not moldy, I could deal with that, but as soon as I touched the canvas it was literally falling apart [:(O]. Sorry I just wanted to share my searching story. [:(]

Congrats on your N2U pup!!! [:D]

I am an avid Craigslister, but I actually got it from a friend at work.

Man you stole that one! We paid $4k for our 98 Dutchman but it has the potty/shower combo which was a requirement as far as my wife was concerned. Camp it like you stole it (because you did)!
