Hi there [:D] I just picked up a 1976 Starcraft Stardust Swinger. It is all original and in decent shape considering. It still has the original cushions (which to be honest is pretty gross). The canvas needs some repair but is in decent shape overall (the plastic windows and screens on the other hand...not so much). No obvious water damage. Roof is good.

I love the green table and swing out kitchen in all it's funky 70s glory. I plan to repaint the cabinets, update the cushions, maybe re-floor, and possibly next year replace the canvas.

This is my family's first trailer. Growing up I spent the summer I was 14 sleeping in a pop up in the yard at my dad's place, then we all packed it up and went camping for a couple weeks on Haida Gwai. I've loved pop ups since then and have always wanted one.

I'm towing with a 2016 F150. Hopefully this weekend I'll have a chance to open the trailer back up, take some pics, give it a deep cleaning, and assess what really needs doing. I'll post pics here of course!

Congratulations and welcome from the Great Pacific Northwest! Love hearing memories of others being young and how experiences with camping/popups at a young age molded them into loving camping and wanting a camper when older. This happened to me and I have taken my kids every year since the day they were born (minus one year) hoping this will be burned into their memories to follow suit when they are older and when they have kids to carry it forward....

    Cheers!
